Customers are encouraged to inspect their vehicles before and after the service is completed.

3. Personal Belongings

LM Auto Detailing is not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle during the service. Please remove all valuables prior to your appointment.

4. Estimates and Payment

All service estimates provided are subject to change based on the condition of the vehicle and any additional work required. Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Use of Third-Party Products

We use professional-grade products for all services. However, LM Auto Detailing  is not liable for any unforeseen reactions or effects caused by these products due to the condition or material of the vehicle.

1. Service Scope

Our services include routine pool cleaning, chemical balancing, basic equipment inspection, and minor adjustments as agreed upon. Any repairs, replacements, or additional services outside the agreed scope will require customer approval and may result in additional charges.

2. Water Chemistry & Pre-Existing Conditions

While we strive to maintain proper water chemistry, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions including, but not limited to, algae infestations, staining, calcium buildup, equipment malfunctions, leaks, structural damage, or prior improper chemical treatment.

3. Equipment & Mechanical Failure

We are not liable for equipment failure due to age, normal wear and tear, manufacturer defects, improper installation, or pre-existing damage. We will notify the customer if issues are identified.

4. Weather & Environmental Factors

We are not responsible for pool conditions affected by severe weather, storms, high winds, excessive debris, flooding, power outages, or other environmental factors beyond our control.

5. Property Access

The customer agrees to provide safe and unobstructed access to the pool area on scheduled service days. If access is restricted, a service fee may apply.

7. Chemical Handling

Pool chemicals must not be tampered with between service visits. Improper handling of chemicals by the customer may void service guarantees.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, [LM Auto Detailing] shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages related to pool use, equipment failure, water clarity, or chemical balance outside our direct control.

9. Payment Terms

1. Electrical & Fixtures

Customers must ensure that all exterior electrical outlets, fixtures, and lighting are properly sealed and waterproof. We are not responsible for electrical issues resulting from pre-existing defects.

2. Scope of Services

Our services include exterior surface cleaning such as siding, brick, stucco, concrete, driveways, sidewalks, decks, fences, gutters, and roofs as agreed upon. Any additional services outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.

3. Pre-Existing Conditions

We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Loose or improperly installed siding

  • Oxidized, faded, or deteriorated paint

  • Cracked stucco, mortar, or caulking

  • Rotten wood or structural decay

  • Loose shingles or roofing materials

  • Previously damaged concrete or surfaces

Cleaning may reveal hidden defects that were not visible prior to service.

4. Water Intrusion

While we take precautions, exterior cleaning involves the use of water. We are not responsible for water intrusion due to:

  • Improperly sealed doors, windows, or cracks

  • Faulty construction

  • Worn weather stripping

  • Pre-existing structural vulnerabilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring all windows and doors are fully closed and sealed prior to service.

5. Stains & Surface Limitations

Some stains (rust, oil, red clay, oxidation, hard water stains, deep-set mold, etc.) may not be completely removable. We do not guarantee full stain removal.

6. Landscaping & Surroundings

We take reasonable precautions to protect plants and landscaping. However, we are not liable for damage to landscaping, decorative items, or fragile property not removed or properly secured prior to service.

7. Safety & Access

The customer agrees to provide safe, clear access to all work areas. Pets must be secured. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe.

8. Limitation of Liability
